These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Match Point AI websites, waitlist, accounts, and tennis video analysis products (web and mobile). By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Match Point AI provides tennis video analysis software: upload or film short clips, receive technique scores, explained feedback, and related features such as Court Log, Court Path, sharing, and (on eligible plans) Ideal Stroke form match and AI coach chat.
Features, limits, and pricing may change. Pre-launch waitlist access does not guarantee a launch date or specific plan.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region (and at least 13). If you use the service for a club or team, you represent you have authority to accept these Terms.
Acceptable use
Upload only videos and content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material, or content that violates others’ privacy or publicity rights.
Do not abuse quotas, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, scrape at scale, bypass paywalls, or misuse analysis outputs in deceptive ways.
Analysis is coaching-oriented biomechanics feedback — not medical, legal, or professional sports medicine advice. Train safely and use your own judgment.
Your content and license
You keep ownership of videos and other content you submit. You grant Match Point AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the features you use (including pose extraction, scoring, journal storage, and share pages you create).
Public share links publish a redacted snapshot you choose to share. You are responsible for what you make public.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or law.
Plans, billing, and refunds
Free and paid plans (including Pro and top-up packs) are subject to the limits shown in the product. Video and chat quotas reset or expire as described in-app.
Web subscriptions and packs may be billed by Stripe. Mobile subscriptions and packs may be billed by Apple or Google through RevenueCat. Store or Stripe rules apply to charges, renewals, and cancellations on that platform.
Except where required by law or the platform’s refund policy, fees are generally non-refundable once granted credits or access are delivered. Manage or cancel renewals in the platform where you subscribed.
Intellectual property
Match Point AI, the product design, software, coaching copy frameworks, and anonymous reference telemetry systems remain our property or our licensors’. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly allowed.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Scores and feedback are estimates based on video and pose data. Camera angle, lighting, occlusion, and clip quality can affect results. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes on court.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATCH POINT AI AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD (OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, risk to the service or others, or non-payment.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change; material changes may be announced in the product or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
